You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of this Agreement.
8. Price, Payment Terms & Job specifics
(a) Changes
Prices are subject to change.
(b) Fixed-Price Jobs:
A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon completion (unless otherwise agreed upon with the client).
Work will not commence until confirmation of payment is received for fixed-price or hourly jobs.
Deliverables include one round of revisions for factual or technical errors on our side. Any additional changes, including design preferences, rewording, or extra requests, will be billed at USD $55/hour.
If a project is paused for 14 days or more due to client-side delays, it will be considered complete, and the client will be responsible for paying the outstanding balance for time invested so far. When the client is ready to proceed, the job will reopen as a new project subject to a new agreement.
(c) Hourly Jobs:
Billed at USD $55/hour, AUD $85/hour, GBP £45/hour, or ZAR R1,000/hour, unless otherwise agreed.
(d) Rush Jobs:
Urgent projects requiring expedited delivery will incur a 20-50% premium, depending on the urgency and scope.
(e) Preferred Payment Methods:
We accept ACH, bank transfer, or EFT as preferred methods.
Payments via Credit/Debit Card, Wise, or PayPal are also accepted.
We do not accept checks.
(f) Delays in Providing Content:
Delays caused by the client in providing necessary content may result in timeline extensions and additional fees.
(g) Minimum Billable Time for Small Tasks:
Tasks requiring additional work outside the agreed-upon scope will be billed in 30-minute increments.
(h) Late Payment Policy:
Payment is due within 7 days of invoice issuance.
Payments overdue by 14 days may result in work suspension.
Payments overdue beyond 30 days may be referred to collection efforts, with the client responsible for any administrative or legal costs incurred.
(i) Refund Policy:
Payments are final and non-refundable.
If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client will be billed at $60/hour for time spent.
(j) Communication & Response Time:
We respond to emails and requests within 1-2 business days.
Urgent same-day or weekend requests may incur a 20-50% rush fee, agreed upon before work begins.
9. Completion of Work
(a) Feedback
If the client fails to provide feedback within 14 days, the job is considered complete.
(b) Changes to Completed Jobs
Changes in project scope will require a new agreement.
10. Intellectual Property
(a) Ownership of Final Work:
Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables. Raw design files remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
(b) Attribution:
Attribution may be required for promotional materials.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen events beyond our control.
